Wild and Wooly Wednesday! Introducing Mr Wu, Super-star!

Like all the other panda fan(atics) around the world, I had eagerly been awaiting the public debut of the fabulous Mr. Wu (proper name, Xiao Liwu, which means little gift) Of course he has made a few cameo appearances here at the Institute for Contemporary Panda Satire, but in real life, he made his first public appearance last Thursday.  Of course there was a press conference, which we will be broadcasting sometime in the future.

After a busy day of meeting his public, he retired to the den, with his beloved and I’ve-seen-it-all,-so-don’t-think-you-can-get-away-with-any-attitude Hero Mom, Bai Yun.  Let’s look in, shall we?

  1. Is there such a thing as too precious??? I have not been opening much mail, I have the weak knees again. No I don’t type with my knees but it is harder to work on my laptop, much heavier than Mimi tablet. The illness that helped take me out in Dec. 2010, and almost killed me is back, except this time no accessed spit gland and no blood infection. Just weak all over, with a fall Wed. Night, while my son was helping me back to bed from 15 ft. Away. I think the infections masked the other part. That is an HMO for you, they treat symptoms one by one, not whole person. I got my stylus the friends on the SDZoo blog helped me find it, or I could not really type since my hands and fingers are trembling so much. Love grammmie

    • mr Wu is entertaining requests for audiences. Please follow the guidlines on his website. His people will call your people. Tune in tomorrow when his cute wu self will appear in a new cartoon. :-)

      • Wuved the new Wu tune on Wusday. Send the Panda Kindergarten over, they can make sure my supplies near me are always full and eat my leftover cuppy cakes before the ants try for them. I am sure after a while my son will quit yelling “where the heck did all these little black and white guys come from”, and fall in love with them. It would save him many trips when I drop a little something……love grammmie

      • I’m sure your son would welcome the panda kindergarten. As part of out “Putting Pandas to Work” program, I’m sure you would find many…um..useful things that they wouldn’t mess up too badly.
