Cuppycakes are in the news once again! This time, it’s not cuppycake confiscation, but the demise of an American institution…yes, those little packaged snack cakes that are alleged to have a shelf life of a million years, are on their way out!. I suppose that it is no mystery why the maker of Twinkies and Wonderbread has filed for bankruptcy. I can’t remember the last time I ate one. But still….

I’m glad I got to try one while they were still around. I thought Twinkies and cockroaches would be the only things left at the end of the world!
Of course, if you went out and bought some now before they are all gone, (Twinkies, not cockroaches, as THEY will never be gone) I suspect they would be good for many, many years. (Unless the cockroaches got to them first.)
I saw the homage to Shakespeare, tucked right in there at the end, right beside what I assume is a tribute to Monty Python. Once again you plumb the depths of pandaness to our eternal benefit…
Thank you, thank you, for catching both references. What does it say about my education, that those two refs. can exist in the same cartoon? I’m still trying to figure out how I can work “The Lumberjack Song” into a cartoon. Perhaps it is best explained by by cartoon explaining “panda satire” (sometime last fall)
I too dabble in the silly cartoon now and then, oh, somewhere back down there. Perhaps we should each scrutinize each other’s previous works then, hmmm? I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours, as it were.

They are all there. You just have to scroll down, then go to older posts, etc. And if you don’t mind a stupid question from a computer idiot… How does my blog look? I mean, is it easy to use? I honestly have no idea. Any advice would be appreciated.

From one computer idiot to another, I think your blog looks fine. Personally, I don’t understand all the ins and outs and around abouts of blogging, but it seems like you have a nice, clean, classy design. I’ll look a little further when I go trolling for your cartoons. (ease of use, commenting, etc.)
