31 Days of Pandas: Day 26 (Unboxing Day!)

Oh dear, this IS awkward! I seem to have left little Bikkie hanging from a kite, high above Beary Poppins and Unka Mikey, along with the rest of the small pandas. And now, I am going to just leave them there, while I spend the next 4 days re-capping our story from the beginning!

So let’s go! Here are the first 5 episodes of Beary Poppins!

Yes, it is Crsipmoss Eve, and you know what that means! Tomorrow, by popular request, (okay, it was just Linda, but I bet more of you were hoping  for this, weren’t you?) we will enjoy (yes, ENJOY!!!) The Twelve Days of Crispmoss! (Pinky: starring ME!!!!)

But now, let’s have another (very!) exciting episode of Beary Poppins!!!

Oh my! We are galloping downhill to the end of 31 Days of Pandas! It is a fun opportunity to revisit old ‘toons, while adding to the repertoire of new stories with Beary Poppins! I plan to finish up Beary Poppins’ story by years end. Because it has been a bit drawn out, starting on Friday, I will start from the beginning of Beary Poppins and recap all the episodes over the next few days, so if you’ve missed any, you can get caught up before the dramatic finale!

Wait…there’s going to be a dramatic finale?

But now…let’s get our snacks so we can enjoy the finale of Pinky in Wonderland!

The whole truth and nothing but, so help me, Pinky!

Mebbee just a liddle bite of da magical mushroom….

Oh oh! What is happening! The room is spinning and it’s all going dark!

Was it all just a dream?

Mebbee Bubba isn’t going to let Pinky push him around anymore. Yeah. Right.

All I want for Christmas is for Mittens to go away!

Since I’m probably not getting that, how about a bit more Pinky in Wonderland?

What did we tell you?

Bubba wouldn’t be such a smarty pants if he wasn’t up in that tree (and couldn’t disappear at will)

31 Days of Pandas: Day 19 ~ Not quite the longest night…

As December winds it’s way to Christmas and the new year, I forget that the days won’t keep getting shorter, but in a couple more days will turn the corner, and even though it is only by a minute or two right now, the days will begin to get longer. Right now, it starts to get dark but 4:15, and on rainy gray days, never really seems to get light at all.

It’s the perfect time for sitting in my warm, well lit studio, and draw pandas!

Of course down in Australia and other points south, they are about to have their longest day, as they reach the summer solstice. I hope they don’t have a repeat of last summer (was it really only less than a year ago?) when bush fires raged out of control.

It’s Friday of a very long week in a very long month (in a VERY long four years). This week the first COVID 19 vaccinations were delivered, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s win was confirmed by the Electoral College, and Randy Rainbow came out with a new video! Huzzah!

Time to kick back and watch another episode or two of Pinky in Wonderland!

What could be behind that door? Stay tuned, panda fans!

And what magical place has Pinky found, as she opens the tiny door?

Those little pandas look vaguely familiar!
