It feels like summer in a lot of places in the northern hemisphere, but the actual start of summer is still a couple weeks away! Frank and Mikey have arrived in Alaska, but their trip is not going quite as they imagined! We’ll check back in with them later to see if they have found the rest of the family!

Imagine! I could be taking a nap on the couch, and just when I need to wake up, it would come over and nudge me, bringing me a cold drink and a snack! The Panda House is big, but with a couple of grizzly bears around, it’s starting to get a little…um…close. Sometimes a bear just needs to feel the wind in their fur, stand in a rushing 37 degree stream, and go for the gusto…
I’m sure Mei hates to see the boys go, but I’m sure they’ll be back after they have their fill of fishing in a cold Alaskan stream! I hope they can get along with their brother and sister, Scooter and Josie! After that “incident” last year…

I seem to be having some technical difficulties, but hopefully, they will sort themselves out (and by themselves, I mean my very capable and accessible web guru, Nate Hoffelder who writes The Digital Reader and has a web guru business)
I wonder if some of my problems are due to my reluctance to give up the old editing interface that I’ve been using for the past 10 years, and move on to the new WordPress way of doing things….sigh…
I am trying the newfangled editing thingie, and I guess I don’t totally hate it. Maybe I will even get used to it in a few weeks!
