It feels like summer in a lot of places in the northern hemisphere, but the actual start of summer is still a couple weeks away! Frank and Mikey have arrived in Alaska, but their trip is not going quite as they imagined! We’ll check back in with them later to see if they have found the rest of the family!

The Panda House is big, but with a couple of grizzly bears around, it’s starting to get a little…um…close. Sometimes a bear just needs to feel the wind in their fur, stand in a rushing 37 degree stream, and go for the gusto…
I’m sure Mei hates to see the boys go, but I’m sure they’ll be back after they have their fill of fishing in a cold Alaskan stream! I hope they can get along with their brother and sister, Scooter and Josie! After that “incident” last year…

I seem to be having some technical difficulties, but hopefully, they will sort themselves out (and by themselves, I mean my very capable and accessible web guru, Nate Hoffelder who writes The Digital Reader and has a web guru business)
I wonder if some of my problems are due to my reluctance to give up the old editing interface that I’ve been using for the past 10 years, and move on to the new WordPress way of doing things….sigh…
I am trying the newfangled editing thingie, and I guess I don’t totally hate it. Maybe I will even get used to it in a few weeks!

So…what’s happening? Anything special going on?
Yeah, me too. My nerves are about shot.
Here’s something to take your mind off of things: On Sunday, I alluded to a special offering that will be appearing on the Kickstarter project The Effervescent Adventures of Fight Bunny. It’s a project to bring an all ages graphic novel to life, and with only 9 days left on their campaign they are a little over $6,000 from their goal. Because 2021, I still feel the need to stab things repeatedly with very sharp needles, so I made a felty Fight Bunny, and offered it to them to help them towards reaching their funding goal.

There will only be one Fight Bunny (because, ya know, not taking someone else’s intellectual property to make money!) Visit their project page and scroll down the page to see the reward listing (under my name, I think) to choose this unique felty. Fight Bunny is between 3-4″ tall. Meanwhile, Frank and Mikey are going through the marshymallows like they’re going out of style, because Mikey’s keep bursting into flames over the dumpster fire. The dumpster fire is heating way up too, as Mittens cannot believe he didn’t win, or at least that’s what he says. Meanwhile, he’s raking in cash from mostly small dollar donors, who might do well to put those $10 and $25 contributions away to buy stuff from the hospital gift store when they go in for COVID 19 after they attend another one of his super spreader events.
I’m sure they are all innocent, just like Mittens!
Did we not say he’d be selling pardons back in March? We even had Impeachment on the calendar back in 2019!

Oh dear! Beary Poppins has his paws full for sure! When he and Mikey first hatched this scheme to send Frank to the Panda House, where there was sure to be lots of donuts and cuppycakes (not to mention hot cocoa with those little marshymallows) They never imagined that Frank would actually have to do any work!
