One more day!

The Tour de Pandas Has Begun!

The Tour de France began yesterday, and, wouldn’t you know it, the panda kindergarten is up to their old tricks! Don’t do what they did to get pictures of the race!

And it’s Sunday Funday, once again unless of course you are one of the many people and animals that are traumatized by loud exploding things going off in your neighborhood. They never seemed to both Mehitabel all that much, but I hate them. Mostly I worry that a stray firework will set the tinder dry woods on fire. Why the rights of people to blow things up and terrify animals and people with PTSD is more more important than my right not to be terrorized by fire and noise, I’ll never know.

But let’s have some pandas, and maybe we can ignore everything beyond our (closed) windows!

Once upon a time, three pandas lived a quiet life in the forest…

In about a week and a half, I will hopefully be ready to launch another Kickstarter project! This time it is all about the Wu Self and of course, the pandy kindy! If you missed your chance to get Ping Ping and Bubba’s pins, don’t despair! I have more pins available! Those who ordered through my Kickstarter project are already starting to receive their pins! It makes me happy to think of Bubba and Ping hopping out of the envelope and racing around your houses. They’ll be hungry, so be sure to have some cuppycakes on hand!

But now, let’s get on with the Wu self! Huzzah!

It’s Sunday Funday Again! Nobody Expects the Panda Kindergarten!

I’m all ready to send more panda goodness out into the world on Tuesday! The lists have been checked (multiple times) forms for overseas packages filled out, packages labeled and sealed! Summer feels like it is already here, in the great Northwest, which makes me want to go outside!

The panda kindergarten is getting ready for summer vacation and the pandas who are graduating from the Putting Pandas to Work program are prepared to take their new positions!

What’s a Sunday for, if not for Pandas?

I just received an email yesterday, with pictures of the Bubba and Ping pins, which have just landed at Pin Game Strong. I’ll have them in my hot liddle paws by the end of next week, and then packaged and off to YOU, the following week! Read on to see the pictures they sent me of the pins!

But meanwhile, since this is Bubba’s turn at fame (settle down, Pinky!) …(oh and don’t forget Ping!) It only seems fair that we feature some of Bubba’s ‘toons from the archive this week!

Oh! Were we? There was recent news about the scandal with the folks over in New Jersey (The Sopranos State!) and how maybe somebody closed a bunch of lanes of the Fort Lee Bridge back in 2013. They basically (successfully, although not necessarily truthfully) pinned the deed on one of the governor’s trusted staffers (a woman, surprise, surprise) and of course, she is going down for the deed, although she’s still fighting. I say good for her.

With all the news in the news, it’s hard to feel like having fun, but that is what we must do if we are to survive the current madness of “King” Donald. Apparently, He just found out that 4th of July is a holiday, and he “came up with” a great idea for the day.

I hope he doesn’t make attendance mandatory.
