This past week, we celebrated the birthdays of Bebe Maurice and Fleur and Snowy! Here is a selection of ‘toons about them before we get down next week, to the serious business of celebrating the DC panda cubs!

Gee, I guess I don’t have very many ‘toons with Fleur and Snowy! I’ll have to work on that! Also I never finished the story when Babette came to be their governess. Oopsie!

I still don’t know where this story is going, but I found my way into it a bit more. When we left the Panda Chateau, Bebe Maurice’s Maman had just received a mysterious letter from an applicant to be a governess to Fleur and Snowy….

Extra credit if you can identify the painter and painting that B. Maurice is reprising here.

Is cuteness a performance enhancing substance?

If it is, Fleur and Snowy could be in trouble! Watch them make Olympic history with the first ever, Pair and a Half Figure Skating Event!

I’m pretty sure France is going home with the gold medal for this event!*

*This has nothing to do with the fact they are the only skaters in this event.

I was going to write a longish post today, but the wind is whipping the trees around and just in case the power goes out, I better get today’s ‘toon posted!
