I remember how heart wrenching this story is. Can’t wait!
No matter how many times I see the original, I am always reduced to tears. I remember when I first ran this, everyone was yelling at me, “how can you do this to Mr Wu?” But it pretty much follows the arc of the original Frank Capra Movie. Hard to see Mr Wu in distress!
I like to think this journey helped him become the brave and clever “assistant” to Inspector Panda.
I think maybe it did too.
