Yes, it is Fabulous Furry Friday once again! Huzzah! This week we look back on some of our favorite moment with the panda kindergarten.
Let’s start with one of the most important events in a young panda’s life, the Bear Mitzvah!
And what would you get if you put an infinite number of pandas (highly unlikely, We ARE endangered, after all!) in a room with an infinite number of typewriters?
And what happens in the panda kindergarten, stays in the panda kindergarten….
Is it any wonder that Princess Pinky was a first round draft pick for the panda kindergarten?
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend, and remember, it’s never too late to have some cake! And…um… you could read ALL of these cartoons, any time you wanted to, by buying all of the Panda Chronicles Books! Book 6 coming soon! Just Sayin.’
Be the Bear,
Bob T. Panda
A blessing on your bears, Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov!
May they appear in pairs, Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov!
But if that cannot be, then you should go and see
The cub that’s known as Bei Bei.
For such a bear you prayed, Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov
In heaven it was made, Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov
A fine upstanding boy, a comfort and a joy
The cub that’s known as Bei Bei.
A worthy boy is he, Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov
Of pious family, Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov
He’s waiting just for you (please bring him some bamboo)
The cub that’s known as Bei Bei.
(– with deepest apologies to Tevye and Grandma Tzeitl)
Well done! I can’t wait till his bear mitzvah to sing it to him. Unfortunately I missed my chance to sing it at his naming ceremony, being otherwise detained in Seattle with the meeting of WOOZPAH! Plus, I wasn’t invited. Go figure.
We are holding your daughter hostage because we are having way too much fun. The Emperor Pew and Babette have had a “liaison” is this too much information? We will consider sending her back eventually, but not just yet.
Oh la la, she is beary alluring!
“am i more enchanting den babette?” Pinky wants to know.
Babette, she has a certain je ne sais quoi that a panda of your young age could not understand!
Hey! Who are you? How do you know Babette? Does this have anything to do with her mysterious absence last weekend? I think Babette and I need to have a “chat”! I think she has been up to something!
I’m off to a friend’s birthday lunch today to have cake and to sing “If I were a Panda” … because I can’t get that song out of my head!!!
I’m sure your friends will be thrilled! Glad I am on another continent, should they not be amused. 🙂
