Spring has come and gone in the Pacific Northwest, as we slosh toward the month here known as “June-uary” and the (brief) visitation of balmy days in the 60’s and low 70’s become just a distant memory, just in time for Memorial Day weekend here in the US of A.
We need funny, we need pandas, and we need it now!

Panda season of LOOOOOVE continues (rather doesn’t) in Malaysia: “Just three days in their new home, female panda Feng Yi is already showing signs that she wants to mate but her male partner Fu Wa is not up for it yet.”.

They just arrived Wednesday and Feng Yi wasn’t going to waste any time, but clearly, Fu Wa clearly was entranced by the Malaysian bamboo called buluh betung (maybe Bob T Panda is right, it DOES depend on what they’re having for lunch??)
What’s a boy panda to do when he wants to eat and the girl pandas keep bugging him to … do bear business?

Alas, poor Fu Wa. I have no choice but to humiliate him in the pandasphere. Excellent work! Stay tuned. (Maybe he wanted to make sure his big screen TV got hooked up correctly, before he attended to …um…bear stuff.)
