I love bears in the Nooz stories!
Last week (or was it the week before? #TimeHasNoMeaning) Hank the Tank, a totally chonk black bear, was all over the inter webs, as he was accused of breaking into more than 30 houses in the Lake Tahoe area.
What’s a bear to do?
Does Hank have accomplices? Is he being framed? ‘Toon in again on Thursday and find out!

I love Hank and know for certain sure that he has been framed for at least 75% of the breaking and entering charges! The rest of the visits were by invitation, though it must be said that his hosts failed to provide the anticipated cuppycake snacks. Shame on them!
While it’s clear Hank has not been getting by solely on berries and grubs (I mean…ick?) I definitely think he is only culpable in a small percentage of the break in ins. stay tuned for more on Thursday!
Authorities are now saying there are probably “several” black bears breaking into homes in Lake Tahoe so Hank’s claim “it wasn’t me…” is probably mostly true.
This made me laugh out loud today! I hope Hank shows up again sometime. He certainly is um….zaftig….
You are in luck! Hank will be back on Thursday, and I’m sure we haven’t seen the last of him. I wonder if he will move into the panda house…

It’s true! The bears definitely have provided me with much merriment and material for my ‘toons! I will leave a big basket of cuppycvakes on the front porch for them!
