I’ll swim with panda bears but not polar bears!
They probably don’t have many polar bears in Australia, huh? Probably a wise decision anyway. They are really really big and um….not vegetarians. An average male panda weighs between 250 & 320 pounds, where I male polar bear can top 1200.
The only polar bears we have are in Sea World. There is a behind the scenes tour you can do but swimming with them is not on the program 🙂
Paul has just informed me that while polar bears are not vegetarian they are often humanitarian 😉
I’m so glad to hear that the behind the scenes polar bear experience does NOT include swimming with them.
