Yeah, me too. My nerves are about shot.
Here’s something to take your mind off of things: On Sunday, I alluded to a special offering that will be appearing on the Kickstarter project The Effervescent Adventures of Fight Bunny. It’s a project to bring an all ages graphic novel to life, and with only 9 days left on their campaign they are a little over $6,000 from their goal. Because 2021, I still feel the need to stab things repeatedly with very sharp needles, so I made a felty Fight Bunny, and offered it to them to help them towards reaching their funding goal.

There will only be one Fight Bunny (because, ya know, not taking someone else’s intellectual property to make money!) I am loving all the flags and lights for the inauguration! Biden’s folks know how to make us all feel good….and included. Can’t wait for the special ceremony tonight and then tomorrow the BIG day we have all been waiting for!!

Happy Inauguration Eve!I started to write “Impeachment Eve” I guess we know that I’m not over T*ump trauma. May his name never be spoken or written again. I read that he refused to send Air Force one to bring Biden to DC. What an ass. I sure hope he sends it back from Florida and doesn’t have a crew waiting to change the paint job when he gets there. I’m hoping that we all get over the impulse to be mean and petty that t*ump has foisted on all of us. Not terribly optimistic with his enablers still in Congress.

I LOVED today’s panel. It made me smile and even giggle a bit. It’s been a while since I’ve felt this hopeful. I know it will not magically be wonderful right away but I also know we are on the right track…finally! The whole Trump family can take a flying leap for all I care. I feel like a huge weight is off and look forward to better, kinder days ahead. How wonderful to have such a nice, gentle man in the White House and a true First LADY in every sense of that word. Panda On!!
I too feel a sense of hope (even though I am very apprehensive for all of their safety). It will be a long hard slog to rebuild what we have lost. Every time I think that we have a dedicated, thoughtful, intelligent President and Vice President, choosing a brilliant team of people that know what they’re doing.
It makes me angry that self serving people in office (I’m looking at you, Mitch, Ted, and Josh, among others) let this go on so long. But we now have a vaccine, and people who will make sure the power of the Federal Government gets it where it needs to go. I weep for the 400,000 who were lost to t*ump’s incompetence, greed, and malice.
May better days be ahead.

I suppose it is a little mean of me to make Daddy so clueless, but, it does help to give me some fun stories. (Also it helps Pinky that she has him wrapped around her little paw) Besides, who would notice a couple extra bears (even if they are grizzlies) with all those panda cubbies in the house?
