Pinky has a plan, and you can be sure that it will be something that gives her mother heartburn. What can I say? Pinky marches to the beat of her own salsa band, and nothing you or I (or her mother) say will make her toe the line.
Pandas. You gotta love ’em!
I think I got the bug out of my computer that was altering my header graphics. Now we shall see if I have my firewall defenses adequately beefed up so that Pinky can’t get back in and change things!
I wonder what the minions’ mother thinks of Pinky’s influence on her children? Oh well, not my concern! Tra la, tra la!
Be the (irresponsible) Bear!

Hmmm. who is the panda with the horsie floatation device?
That is one of Pinky’s minions, played here by the triplets that were born last year. I am embarrassed to say I haven’t given them “stage names” yet, or can I remember which real name goes with which triplet. It is possible that, like the panda kindergarten who are only known collectively as the PK, that the minions will remain a group entity. Time will tell.
The girl minion is getting cuter and cuter – especially with her new “floatation wear”. And she has the right idea – cookie dough! Looking forward to seeing how well the Panda Selfies go 🙂
They will be getting a swimming pool soon. She couldn’t wait to use her sea horsey floatation ring, and who can blame her!
Isn’t she the cutest? A little “Pinky-in training”. I wonder if she imagines her new “flotation wear” as her tutu. Can’t wait to see them in the pool!
Little minion Meng Meng IS just the cutest thing since Pinky donned her first tutu. She is ready for water safety and high fashion accessories. Who knows. She could start a new trend in street wear fashion!
‘Zactly! And she is following the premier style-setter, with a unique, original twist. We all know it was PINKY who started and influenced the tutu-wearing trend for little girls!
Um, who’s going to break it to Pinky that a tutu & crown might not be suitable “presydential campaign apparel”?
Um… what do you mean a tutu and tiara are not “Presydential” enough? Pinky wants to know. Please don’t put your cabinet post in jeopardy by disagreeing with Pinky. She does appreciate your support for her tutu trend setting accomplishments.
I looked up their names. The first-born is a girl named Mengmeng which means “cute.” Her brothers are Shuaishuai, “handsome” and Kuku “cool.” These names are tricky so maybe you’re right to keep calling them “the minions.” They’re just so cute and charming — and they seem to love and admire Pinky.
Thank you for the info. I thought that Meng Meng was the little girl minions name, but decided to err of the side of caution, rather than get it wrong. The are enjoying their time on the Panda Chronicles, with Princess Pinky.
I wanna selfie with Pinky! I can even pay in cuppycakes.
I think she may be asking for more than cuppycakes. She is a panda on a mission!
Hmmm. How about some nice sparkly fairy dust?
No, no, no. Pinky only takes cold hard cash. She may only be approaching two years old, but that panda has a head for business! You are not going to fob her off with fairy dust either.
Pinky is starting to resemble her mom when she furls her brow. So cute!
She is a chip off the old block-ette, no matter how much Mama Mei tries to deny it. Could Pinky push her mom one step too far? What do you think? :o)
Meng Meng is so cute in her little floatie. (I thought she’d gotten a polka-dot skirt at first.) Man, Pinky’s becoming one smart young lady! But how could she not, with Mei for a mama?
Pinky is pleased to hear you say that she is smart, as well as beautiful. (you DO think she is beautiful, don’t you?) Perhaps Meng Meng can get a polka dotted skirt for those occasions when it is not appropriate to wear a floatie.
