Paws Across the Border

I love the story line of Bubba making friends with the Canadian Panda Twins. With a sister like Pinky, Bubba needs playmates that like him just the way he is. Of course now he has Ping with him all the time, but he still misses Yip and Jip. (especially Yip)

There are so many things going on that I just can’t face in the news, so I’m just going to put my paws over my ears, so I can post today’s ‘toon. Meanwhile, as I type this, it is the Wu Self’s birthday. Happy Birthday, sweetest bear!

The pandas have arrived in Calgary, and people are lining ups to see them! and no wonder!
Pandas are cute!
Pandas spill food on their tummies when they eat!
Pandas even look cute when they are asleep!
And panda twins are cute to the power X 20!

Thank you so much! Just thinking about how libraries and reading has affected my life, it warms all the cockles my heart has to hear your stories and know that you feel the same! Thanks to all who decided they need this book, This is What a Librarian Looks Like, for their own libraries. The community of writers (and panda people) is a wonderful place to live. Together we just may survive the craziness that is our current “government.”

Don’t you hate packing to move? I know I do. What to take…what to leave…what to toss…what to donate? And when you have a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a Torch Bear, well! I know what I’d rather do!

Don’t forget your Mr. Bun, Yip!

Packing is such a chore! And a surprise visit from a friend can make it go so much faster!
