Pandarella Episode 10

Out in the real world, a bear in a town in California has developed a taste for Oreo cookies. Rumor has it he is going to be interviewed by ZooNooZ later this week! Won’t that be fun?

If you enjoy reading about my fine art life, I’m writing a series about my upcoming show over on Substack. You can find it here. I’m planning on writing about one of my paintings for my upcoming show at Rob Schouten Gallery later in the summer.

Meanwhile, Pinky is hoping that you will support her candidacy by wearing Pinky merch! Redbubble often has sales, so keep your eye on the webpage. For now, stickers ship for free to US addresses. Here is the image for Pinky’s 2024 Cubpaign!

Be the Bear!

Mister Poppee is very brave…um…kinda. He probably rigged up a boomerang with his fuzzy dice and knocked the tuba out of the flames. Probably.

I now have to explain to my colleagues on the meeting I’m logging onto that I can’t be on video because I’m crying over a panda cartoon.

Oh and that’s MY fault? (sorry sorry sorry…I know I am doing a good job of writing dramatic tension when everyone is writing in to yell at me.)

These are upsetting times. Mebbee it’s good to have a distraction from Mittens.

You have actually made me prefer Mittens over these diabolical wenches. You have achieved greatness.

I may have been upset with this installment, if it wasn’t for the email I received from the National Zoo this morning – new pandas are coming to DC! And the male panda is a son of none other than Miss Pinky Bao Bao!

It’s a story. It will get better. There will be a happy ending, which will be sweeter because of the challenges Bikkie faced. Have a cookie. Thursday’s ‘toon will be fun. Mebbee don’t read Tuesday ‘toons for a while.

At this point, I don’t care if the Fairy Godperson is Mittens as long as something rescues this poor panda!
